I will admit, I was hesitant at first to try Atkins Cookies & Creme protein rich shake. However, I was not disappointed!

I sometimes drink the protein rich shake for breakfast and lunch as a meal replacement, or right before I go to the gym. This Atkins protein shake is filling enough for a meal replacement, but most importantly it's keto friendly!

The nutritional value of this product is:

• 15g of protein

• 2g net carbs

• 1g of sugar

• 9g of fat
