Eating Out Keto: Ruby Tuesday For the Win

Just like in grade school, lunchtime is still my favorite time of the day. I know I'm not the only one who wakes up thinking about what's for lunch lol!


Today was no different. I woke up a bit hungrier than normal (didn't eat dinner last night), so I started planning lunch early. I decided on Ruby Tuesday.


I ordered the 6 oz. Petite Sirloin steak with a Caesar salad (no croutons) and grilled zucchini. It's late in the afternoon now and I'm still full. I don't even want my snack! Dare say that I'm beginning to get the hang of this keto thing?
