Journey to Financial Freedom: I'm Having Plastic Surgery, Again

I’m up this morning singing “Another One Bites the Dust!”
I paid off another credit card! I’m so happy. I’ve had this card since 2015/2016 and it’s been a thorn in my side.
The balance of this card was only $1,500, but it feels like it took me forever to pay it off. Initially, I was making my monthly payments, but then a new pair of Beats would come out (this store credit card is one of those appliance and tv stores) and I would charge the card up again. I finally got fed up and cut the card. Thankfully the store closed in my area and I wouldn’t be tempted to order another card.
It’s safe to say that once I’m debt free I’m done with credit cards. I haven’t used one in a while and I plan to keep it that way. They’re just too much of a hassle and honestly, if I don’t have the money in the bank, then I don’t have it for a credit card.
Cheers to being debt free!
