Sausage & Shrimp Skillet Recipe: Keto, LCHF

Ingredients
1- bag of shrimp, large, peeled, and deveined
1- package of sausage of your choice, sliced
2- bags of cauliflower rice
1- zucchini, sliced
1- red pepper, sliced
1- green pepper, sliced
1- cup of onions, chopped
2- tbsp. of Old Bay Seasoning
2- tbsp. of olive oil
1- tbsp. red pepper flakes
Instructions
In a large bowl, add shrimp, sausage, zucchini, red pepper, green pepper, onions, olive oil, Old Bay Seasoning, and salt and pepper. Cover bowl and toss until shrimp, sausage, seasonings, and vegetables are evenly coated.
Empty shrimp, sausage, seasonings, and vegetables in a large skillet and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes (ensure the shrimp turns pink and the vegetables are thoroughly cooked).
Cook the cauliflower rice as directed on the bag.
