"It's so hot!"


Get ready to hear this everyday during this summer. Which reminds me, please stay hydrated and wear SPF while working out outside, but don't use the heat as an excuse to slack on your workouts. Also, if any of your workouts include the outdoors, please exercise good judgement. Some days it may be best to workout early in the morning or late evening.


This workout can be done both indoor and outdoor. This workout was inspired by my brother who forced me to do more than my casual evening stroll. I admit, this workout is one of my favorites. This workout is great with a buddy; especially for the leg throws.
